Delete Your FulCent Account
You have complete control over your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what happens to your information.
How to Delete Your Account
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the FulCent app on your mobile device
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Privacy & Security
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Read the warning message carefully
- Tap Delete Forever to confirm
- Confirm your final decision
⏱️ Processing Time: Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.
What Data Gets Deleted
Personal Information
- Your profile (name, email)
- Profile picture and avatar
- Account credentials
- Contact information
Workspace Data
- All workspaces you own
- Your workspace memberships
- All transactions you created
- Financial records and notes
Files & Media
- Uploaded receipt photos
- Attached documents
- All file attachments
- Media content
⚠️ Important Warning
Account Deletion is Permanent
Once you delete your account, there is no way to recover it. Please consider the following before proceeding:
- All your data will be permanently lost
- You cannot undo this action
- We do not keep backups of deleted accounts
- All workspaces you own will be deleted
- Other workspace members will lose access to your workspaces
What Data Is Retained
Shared Workspace Data
If you are a member of workspaces owned by other users:
- Transactions you created will remain visible to other members
- Your contributions will be marked as “created by deleted user”
- This ensures financial records remain accurate for other users
Backup & Legal Compliance
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery
- Anonymous analytics (no personal identifiers) may be retained
- Financial records required by law may be retained (if applicable)
Managing Your Subscription
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.

- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select FulCent
- Tap Cancel Subscription
🤖 Android
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap the menu icon (☰)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select FulCent
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Pro Tip: Cancel your subscription before deleting your account to ensure no future charges.
Alternative Options
If you’re not ready to permanently delete your account, consider these alternatives:
📦 Archive Workspaces
Hide workspaces without deleting them. You can restore them later if needed.
📤 Export Your Data
Download your financial data in CSV or JSON format before deleting (available in workspace settings).
🚪 Leave Workspaces
Remove yourself from workspaces without deleting your account entirely.
